How do I find the total storage used in the Google Admin console?

Answer

  1. Log in to the Google Workspace admin console and navigate to the Reporting section.

  2. Select Apps Reports > Accounts.

  3. Scroll down to the Total storage used section. Position your cursor over the graph to display the total storage used.
