How long should my initial backups in Datto SaaS Protection take to complete?

Answer
On activation, Datto SaaS Protection takes an initial backup of the full dataset for each user's services. Initial backup duration depends entirely on the size of those datasets. On average, they take 24-72 hours or more for larger services.
Initial user backups are run in parallel; users with smaller data sets will complete first and that data will populate the system as each individual user completes.
Once the initial backup job completes, each user's subsequent backups will be much faster, as they only bring over new and updated data.
