This article discusses the updates to terms and conditions for Datto SaaS Protection.

On July 1st, Datto will be updating our terms and conditions for Datto SaaS protection.
Do I have to agree to anything new?
Yes. Datto SaaS Protection Opt-in will be presented as a click-through agreement upon first accessing the Partner Portal after July 1, 2020.
Are my existing subscriptions with Datto still valid?
Yes. If you have an existing Datto SaaS Protection subscription, the subscription will remain valid following July 1, although it will be subject to the revised terms and conditions discussed above.
Will I have to re-enter any information about me or my business?
Yes, we ask that you confirm your payment method. Our team of data experts has been working to ensure a seamless transition in all other areas that will not require any other re-entry of information.
