How do I cancel my Backupify account?

If you are requesting account deletion for Backupify services, please open a support case through helpdesk.kaseya.com to begin this process. When doing so, keep in mind the following information:
- When your account is canceled, backups will stop running and archives will be removed for all services. You will not be able to log in and retrieve backed-up records after the account is canceled.
- Only the owner of a Backupify account can cancel it.
- For Google Workspace domain accounts, only the owner user of the domain account can request a cancellation.
- If the service you canceled was Backupify for Google Workspace, be sure you remove its app from the account via the Google Admin portal's Apps menu.
