What are the possible user statuses, and how are they displayed in Datto SaaS Protection for Google Workspace?

Answer
In Datto SaaS Protection for Google Workspace
The archived users and services are marked by a small filing box icon next to the Name of the User in the Recovery section of Datto SaaS Protection.
Active
The user is an active user on the Google domain, and backups are occurring on an automated (scheduled) basis.
Archived
The user is either suspended or deleted from the Google domain. Historical backed up data is available in Datto SaaS Protection, but automated backups are stopped because there is no new data in the account to back up regularly. The user will automatically reactivate in 24-48 hours if unsuspended or recreated on the Google Workspace domain.
In Datto SaaS Protection for Google Workspace 1.0
When using Datto SaaS Protection for Google Workspace 1.0, there is a listing for the total active, archived, and not protected users. These symbols are used to show the status of each service by clicking View Users and navigating the list of users.
