What does "ingesting services" mean, and how long will it take to complete?

Answer
If services are actively completing their first backup, Ingesting Services will appear in the Backups > Last Date Fully Protected Backups section of the Status page.
NOTE A user's initial backup is marked as a failure for the days while ingesting services is running, then retroactively changed to a success once the initial backup is complete.
