Shared Drives missing from Google Groups backups

One or more Google Shared (Team) Drives for a protected Google Workspace account are missing from the account's backups. The issue happens whether or not Auto-Add is turned on.

• Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for Google Workspace

Cause

This issue occurs when there are no active members in the Google Group associated with the Shared Drive.

Resolution

Ensure that the Google Group associated with the missing drive has at least one active member. Then, attempt the backup again.
