Downloading a license usage report

This article covers the procedure for downloading a license usage report for billing purposes.

To download a license usage report:

1. On the SaaS Protection Status page, click the desired organization.
2. Select Seat Management > Users.
3. In the Manage Users section, click then select Export CSV.
4. Save the file to the desired location.
