Can existing tenants be tied to additional M365 accounts or change providers?

Answer
It is not possible to tie an existing Datto SaaS Protection accounts to additional tenants.
Each Datto SaaS Protection organization is tied directly to one tenant. Once the Datto SaaS Protection account has been created, you are not able to switch tenants. Changing to a new M365 account or moving your existing account to another provider (e.g., from GoDaddy to Microsoft) stops the backups from running and a new account is required.
