Can existing tenants be tied to additional M365 accounts or change providers?

Datto SaaS Protection for M365

Answer

It is not possible to tie an existing Datto SaaS Protection accounts to additional tenants.

Each Datto SaaS Protection organization is tied directly to one(1) tenant. Once the Datto SaaS Protection account has been created, you will not be able to switch tenants. Changing to a new M365 account or moving your existing account to another provider (i.e.; from GoDaddy to Microsoft) will stop the backups currently running and requires a new account.
