Error: "datto.util.http.HttpClient$HttpNotFoundError: 404 Not Found"

Backups for Microsoft Teams fail. The error message, "datto.util.http.HttpClient$HttpNotFoundError: 404 Not Found," appears in the Failure Reason column of the SaaS Status page.

Environment

• Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for Microsoft 365

Cause

The protected team (within Microsoft Teams) does not have an associated SharePoint site.

Resolution

All Microsoft Teams services that you wish to back up must have an associated SharePoint site to serve as a repository for documents and data associated with the team. Ensure that all protected Microsoft Teams services have associated SharePoint sites. Then, attempt the backup again.
