How do I make exports containing multiple contacts readable in my contact management application?

When exporting multiple contacts, Datto SaaS Protection for M365 saves all data into one vCard (VCF) file. Many contact management programs, such as Microsoft Outlook, do not have a native way to read individual contract entries from that single VCF file.
To read individual contacts, you must install a third-party VCF splitter application. As an alternative, you can import the VCF file into Outlook, export it as a CSV file, then re-open the file in Outlook.
