Microsoft EWS to Graph API migration

Microsoft is deprecating the Exchange Web Services (EWS) API on October 1, 2026. To ensure continued service continuity and alignment with Microsoft's timeline, SaaS Protection of Exchange services will be migrating to the Microsoft Graph API by June 30th, 2026. Customer action required: reauthorize your M365 account

To continue running Exchange backups, you must reauthorize SaaS Protection's access to your M365 account by May 30, 2026. Reauthorize now as described in this article: Reauthorizing with the M365 global administrator.
